Dr. Douglas Reeves is the founder of the Leadership and Learning Center, the Center for Successful Leadership, and 4GNL. The author of more than twenty books, he has twice been named to the Harvard Distinguished Authors Series. Among his many awards and honors is the Brock International Prize, awarded for his contributions to leadership and education. His work has appeared in many national and international journals, and he is currently the author of the monthly "Leading Change" column for the largest circulation leadership journal in the world. He is, however, most proud of founding the Shamombo School in rural Zambia, an institution serving rural poor children, many of whom are devastated by AIDS and poverty, yet who come to school every day and seek a better future.
